OPENING SCENE: Kellie, Kamilla and Magrau going to the Gym.
KELLIE: Today we are going to see WABDL Canadian Record Holder Jody Cranston lift some weights. He plans on lifting 500 lbs. for five Reps.!!!
MAGRAU: He is going to lift 5 lbs 500 times!?!! That will take all day!
KAMILLA: No Magrau he said...
SCENE # 2: At the Gym.
JODY: Hi everybody welcome to my training session. First I am going to do some warm-up sets.
1st Warm-up set 135 lbs.-
MAGRAU: What is in your mouth?
JODY: A mouth gaurd to bite down on.
KAMILLA: Wouln't you rather bite down on some licorice?
JODY: Actually that is not a bad idea.
2nd Warm-up set 225 lbs.-
JODY: What the?! Where is my lifting belt?!
MAGRAU: (Wearing the belt around his neck) you mean this?
KELLIE: Magrau!!!
3rd Warm-up set 315 lbs.-
JODY: (Close up) I need to concentrate.
MAGRAU: (Panning out seeing Magrau) Ever worry about getting injured?
KELLIE: Magrau!!!
4th Warm-up set 405 lbs.-
JODY: Well we are over 400 lbs. now and Great!!! No Magrau to distract me.
MAGRAU: (Looking up at Jody from between him and the Barbell) I hope you have insurance!
KELLIE: Magrau!!!
5th Warm-up set 455 lbs.-
MAGRAU: Hey Jody! If you are tired maybe I can lift this one for you...
The Bar Is Loaded To 500 lbs.-
Jody Lifts The Weight 5 Times!!! (Which I did earlier - prerecorded) And, is completetly exhausted / in pain.
MAGRAU: Are you sure this is more fun then Golf or Bowling?
CLOSING SCENE: Kellie, Jody, Kamilla and Magrau walking away from the Gym together.
KAMILLA: Jody, that was great!
JODY: Thanks, Kamila. That was alot of fun!
Kellie: That was fun!?
JODY: Yes, and Magrau, I could'nt have done it without you.
MAGRAU: Really?! Maybe I'll come to your next meet and coach you!
JODY: We'll see Magrau, We'll see...
